

Self managed superannuation valuations
Recent Australian Tax Office statistics have revealed that 30,000 new self-managed superannuation funds were set up during the calendar year 2011 compared to 18,000 for the year before.
The ATO recommends that that assets owned by SMSF’s should be re-valued every three years to establish their current market value.
